This Knee Strap with Gel Pad insert will ease the pain associated with runners knee, jumpers knee, and other kneecap tracking problems.
With double hooks and loop closures, the strap can be fitted in seconds to provide soothing compression to the patellar tendon.
Once fitted, the patella strap stays firmly positioned while you run, train or work.

How to use: (see image above)
1. Loop first strap through buckle
2. Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure pad directly under kneecap.
Loop the other strap through buckle and adhere fastener.
3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
